We also do sessions Online anywhere in Idaho.

Between the three of us, We are skilled at working with most issues. But for me, (Riley), Most of my clients are men and women struggling to feel empowered and in control of their own lives.
I also work with teenagers. I’m specialized in trauma, shame, and guilt.
For whatever reason, I’m very good at helping highly-intelligent individuals figure out whatever has been holding them back.

What I find as most important is the fit beween client and therapist. So if there is a good fit- then yes, lets do it! Sign up with me for a quick session to see if we connect? If it’s an area I’m not skilled in, then I’ll refer you to a colleague with whom I think you’ll do well.

For my new clients I typically use a Calendly link as it offers the easiest way to find available times and schedule with me. Once we are established, you can ether schedule through the Portal, or text or email me to reschedule.

55 minutes for the 1 hour session is our bread and butter.
We might do shorter sessions if the need arises.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged a 40$ Late Cancelation fee.
I understand that things happen, but this is firm.

You Bet i do, we take almost everything.
Here are some of the big ones, but there are about 12 other small ones also on here.
Blue Cross, United Health, Select Health, Pacific Source, Aetna, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare
I do not take Tri-care, Or Molina. Though that may change in the future.

For Virtual Sessions we use HIPAA-secure systems that is similar to FaceTime or Skype. These are Simple Practice, and Google Meet. For initial consultations we use Calendly. Which protects all information uploaded. It uses 256-bit encryption to protect transmitted and stored data.

If you’re meeting Online you will need a computer/laptop/tablet, or smart phone with a secure internet connection. You will need access to text messaging or email as your telehealth link will arrive via email and text. Any updates will arrive via text or by phone.

I suggest you spend a few minutes thinking about what you want to get out of this session. If this is a follow-up session, think about what we worked on last time, and were you assigned any activities to complete prior to this session? Often the biggest work is the work you accomplish between sessions.

So if you’re paying with Insurance, You will have a contracted rate with your insurance plan, that will be very different based on whatever plan you have.
But if you’re paying out of pocket, I try to make that more affordable, and charge 120$ a session.
